Are all Ever Her pieces made to order?
Yes. Each piece is crafted just for you once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality and care.
How do I find my ring size?
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to get measured accurately.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 2–3 weeks. Shipping times depend on your location and carrier. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your piece is on its way.
Do you create custom pieces?
Yes! We love working with clients on custom designs, especially for engagement, bridal, or milestone pieces. Click Here to get started.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made using high-quality metals such as 14K Gold, White Gold, and Sterling Silver. Select designs may feature gemstones or diamonds.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States, but we can’t wait to make Ever Her available worldwide very soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
What if I won’t be there to sign for my package?
We always require an adult signature upon delivery for secure shipment as we are sending items of high value that should never be left unattended at your door. If you or any other adult cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day. If you call or talk to your local office, they can reroute to another address or hold it at their office for you to pick up at your convenience.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
At this time, we’re not able to offer resizing or repair services. Please double-check your size and order details before confirming your purchase.
